Gallery: The site media area where photos and albums are managed together.
Invitation: Admin-sent access email used to join an organization and complete account setup.
OneSnap: A fast photo workflow for capture, albums, map review, and reporting.
Owner: The highest organization role with full administrative authority.
Role: Organization authority level: Owner, Manager, or Member.
Seat: Capability level in the app: Full, Field, or Viewer.
Ticket: A service or issue tracking item tied to site context.
Version History: Saved survey states that let teams review and restore earlier versions.
